Question: How do I change my password in WHM?
Introduction
Changing your WHM password can easily be done whether your on a dedicated server, or your using WHM as a Reseller on a shared server.
Terms: WHM (Web Host Manager) cPanel (Control Panel) for clients under a WHM Account. WHM and cPanel are known to work with each other and essentially, share a lot of the same server functions.
Instructions:
1.) Log into WHM with your current WHM password as normal.
2.) Navigate to WHM -> Account Functions -> Password Modification
3.) Enter in the New password you want to set to your WHM account.
4.) Select your main domain/username and apply the new settings.
5.) Log out if needed and log back into WHM supply your new password to gain access.
